Dynamic Direct is one hundred percent (100%) digital, from our multiple T–1’s and ISDN digital phone lines, to the digital switch through our Windows NT-based server with screen-pops on every station. Our IVR voice logger records every call, and can be sorted by a variety of queries. Dynamic Direct has continuous back up of all client files and archives this data for as long as the customer requires.
