Agent Training
In our dedicated training environment, we custom recruit, hire and train a group of agents that are assigned exclusively to your program. They receive comprehensive training on your products and services, policies, culture, rebuttals, etc., thus allowing each agent to provide the highest level of customer support. All of our agents attend a two week interactive training program as well as testing and certification throughout each stage.
